We answer in Arabic or English, whichever you write in. We aim to reply within two working days.
What helps us help you
- The device and the app version, which are at the bottom of the settings screen
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead
- For a dish that looks wrong: its name, and the number you saw
Your data
To ask for a copy of your data or for your account to be deleted, write to the same address from the address on the account. Deletion is permanent and removes your diary with it.
